Publisher’s Note: Due to the many changes in the security clearance arena taking place now and throughout the next few months, the new, Fourth Edition, of the Security Clearance Law and Procedure book has been postponed until Summer 2018. Perhaps of greatest significance, the adjudicative guidelines were just revised and will be effective in June of 2017. These new guidelines will apply across the board, as compared to previously when different agencies applied different guidelines. By delaying the publication of this book, we will be able to include all new guidelines, as well as being able to cite to any new DOHA decisions based upon the new guidelines.

This guide closely examines security clearance law and procedures, offering representatives a comprehensive analysis of case law, directives, adjudicative guidelines, regulations and statutes.
